1. Inbreds are requested, a testing agreement will need signed before we ship seed, royalty rates for requested inbreds will be discussed.
2. We will then ship seed for making test crosses. Hybrids must maintain a NSS x SSS heterotic pattern.
3. If the production of a hybrid is pursued; we will license the production of the hybrid. The client is expected to maintain the inbred and carry out or outsource the production of the licensed hybrid.
4. Royalties will be paid upon planting of hybrid seed. Royalties are for 80,000 seed units. As and example 1. RCSinbred 1($15)XRCSinbred 2($12)=$27 total royalty per 80K seeds due upon planting. Example 2. RCSinbred 1($15)XEx-PVP=$15.
